- Finca Xanadu is for adults only and generally only accepts couples. There may be times when singles could be accommodated depending on space and with the consent of any couples staying. Please contact us for details.
- All food, drinks and snacks will be provided and use of all the facilities is included in the price.
- A deposit of 100 Euros will be required to reserve your room. This can be paid into our UK bank account or Spanish bank account. (non-refundable but we will endeavor to accommodate any change of dates where possible)
The balance can be paid either in cash (Euros) upon arrival, or direct into our bank account prior to your stay. - Should Governments advise against travel due to Covid, a full refund will be given.
- In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel your stay, a full refund of any monies received will be given.
- We ask you to respect your surroundings and other house guests.
No photography or video of other guests is permitted without their permission. - Anyone disregarding this will be asked to leave with no refund given.
We advise you to take out your own personal travel insurance.
Please advise us of any food allergies or preferences at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
